Primera Taza Coffee House Grand Opening
Saturday, August 22, 2009 from 10:30 am – 5:30 pm.
Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 11:30 am.
Join us for coffee, food, music, raffles, and great company. Tickets will also be available for the Candelas Guitar “Ukulele” Raffle; proceeds to benefit local recreation & music programs in Boyle Heights.

About Me

Rafael Cardenas, was born in 1971 in Pihuamo, Jalisco: a small town in the central part of Mexico on the western coast. His parents migrated to the US in 1974. He grew up in, and still lives in, East Los Angeles. His writing and photography comes from his fascination with words and the creative process.
